Usability testing is invaluable for helping us understand what our users want and need, and asking good questions can help us gain the most insight. The Hennepin County Library usability team will share what we’ve learned from our ongoing usability testing about creating the best and most helpful usability tasks. We’ll also share tips on helpful follow-up questions and how to use questions to redirect usability participants that go down unexpected paths.
