I worked in public libraries for the first 10 years of my librarian career. I made the transition to academic librarianship in 2016 when I came to North Central. My background is in Public Services and Collection Management, and I get to work with students and manage the collection where I am now, so some things feel familiar. I'm learning a lot, though, about both academic librarianship and leadership. I love it!
