I am the technology staff member at my small town public library. All staff answers tech questions but in the past before COVID, I would do the one on one tech help programs and I had taught several technology classes a year. During COVID restrictions I am attempting to do telephone tech help.  Not sure how effective this will be but we are going to try it.

I also have done a bit of outreach technical programming at our local Senior Center as well which is also suspended right now along with all outreach programming. Another interest of mine is digitizing materials for better access and preservation. Right now I am working on trying to get several projects off the ground and started at the Delano library including digitizing the old local newspaper the Delano Eagle and setting up conservation and preservation measures on the paper copies of the Eagle which are still in the library.

I am also the source for readers advisory on Adult non fiction items particularly historical items.
