I manage Macalester's Information Technology Services Help Desk and training/outreach staff, and am the Help Desk's support liaison to Macalester's library. I'm interested in the intersection between technology support and Library services, and the way that our two groups can best serve Library patrons and our school communities. I'm also interested in new technologies that support teaching, learning, and IT support, as well as the ongoing challenges of managing staff, student staff, and service desks.
